Just as there are seasons throughout the year, there are seasons throughout our lives that change too. When I first started my business, I was hustling all day and night, sometimes even on weekends which is completely different from where I am today. ⁠

Now, I am in the season of mindfulness, taking a step back, taking a breather to be with my baby and working around her "schedule". I'm focusing on streamlining my own processes and trying to get a balance between the demands of running a home and business. ⁠

I set aside to do work 3 days a week, 4-5 hours max each day and never on weekends. Its boundaries like this that keeps my sanity and mental health in check as I get in tune to a new routine with the baby.⁠

Business and work will always be there, waiting. But my children has only one mother - me. And they're not gonna be small forever. I’m so grateful for these changes, because it’s a reminder that nothing lasts forever. What season are you in today?
